Fuzzy Red

Jacket, Zara // Jeans, H&M // Loafers, Zara // Bag, Celine

Pretty much wearing all my staples at one go. While some may say that a dark forest green shouldn't be worn with red as it may look too festive and christmasy, I go ahead and ignore these voices. If Moschino can make Mcdonalds caps work, I can make red and green work.

What's in my bag: Celine Nano

What's in my bag:
1. Fujifilm X20
2. Iphone 4 with Zara phone case
3. YSL key pouch
4. Prada Wallet
5. Revlon Matte Balm
6. Listerine Mouth Freshener

So apparently I like gold accents on my leather pieces, but for my clothes I usually like silver. I have to mention this phone case, simply because of how amazing (I think) it is. How could you not love a metal bug sitting on your phone? Also, I have to say that the Fujifilm X20 camera has saved my life-- its image quality supersedes my now-broken small digital camera, so I can bring it around on-the-go without having to lug a DSLR all the time. And, on the plus side, it looks beautiful.

Colors of the sky

Top, A&F // Blazer, F21 // Jeans, American Eagle // Loafers, Zara // Nano Bag, Celine

A rather simple look today, but one that I can wear over and over again. These Zara shoes have been a staple for me throughout the fall and winter, and hopefully with the consistently cold weather in New York (where I'm headed back soon), the love fest can continue on for longer.

Pink Neoprene

Sweater, Primark // Skirt, H&M // Nano Luggage Bag, Celine // Sneakers, Converse

Pink isn't really a color I typically gravitate towards (anymore). Something about pink screams girly, and for some odd reason or another, it's not always a word I like to be associated with. But this skirt had me at hello. The material allows for maximum bounciness and fullness, which is something I adore in circle skirts. Paired simply with my favorite sweater (conveniently identical to the top in my last post) and monochrome chucks, the quintessential Bowie look is achieved.

Basic on Basic

Random white T / Jeans, Globalworks / Heels, Forever 21 / Nano Luggage, Celine / Bracelets, DIY

A late but exciting post for me. I've been going on a minimalistic (or at least minimal compared to what exists in my wordrobe), and it's been a hit or miss. This time, the formula worked: the perfect amount of casualness in combination with striking accessories. These heels are beautiful, and for the price, they're practically a steal. But I had yet to find a way to incorporate them during the daytime, and this I feel gives me an edge without being too dressy. And gives me a little extra five inches ;)

Until next time :)
