Orange Leopard

Tee, Uniqlo / Blazer, Phillip Lim for Target / Shorts, Vintage / Bag, Mulberry / Shoes, Snidel

Casual-izing the blazer/blouse. It's truly a stunning print with the perfect color combination. Better make use of this gorgeous fall New York City weather before it turns too cold.

Tribe

Dress, Goodwill / Heels, Jeffrey Campbell

A casual outing in the forest with five-inch platforms. I was looking for a location perfect to photograph this dress, and drove past this. Not sure what reason made me bring this dress (more like an oversized shirt) home from Goodwill that day, but I sure am glad I did. It's a gorgeous piece. If only I knew where it came from.

Bauhaus

Top, Vintage / Skirt, Zara / Sneakers, Cotton On

Design history lecture this week focused on the Bauhaus era--- a focus on simple, fundamental geometric shapes and colors. Which seems to be the case for my outfit. Unconsciously, of course. Also, his vintage blouse is too stunning, and the price makes me even more in love with it. Inexpensive pretty things make my day.

Talk soon loves.

Overload

Top, Zara / Shorts, DIY / Cutout Oxfords, Stuart Weitzman / Diego Bag, Alexander Wang

Translated the studs on my bag with more studs on my shorts. Overload? Not in my dictionary ;). Oddly enough, my hair color does seem to match my bag quite a bit too...

Until next time!

Mix

I live by one rule when it comes to fashion: mixing. Tight with loose, short with long, exposing with covering, white with black, girly with boyish. This outfit is no exception. The lace romper, I love. But it shows too much, so this black short-sleeve oversized blazer-type thing is perfect. And I can't not mention these socks. Japanese stores makes the best socks. Hands down. Every time I'm there, I hoard them.

'Til next time loves!
